The WS-1000 console really needs a battery backup. The past 2 days we had some bad thunderstorms, which caused the power to go out a few times. The power was only out for about 10 seconds at a time, but it was enough to reset the console. Every time the power flicked out, I had to wait for the console to reboot and regain the signal from the ISS. Not only that, but the graph reset every time.
